PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $35 cancellation fee required for cancellations made within 72 hours of the original appointment time; $50 fee for cancellations within 48 hrs of appointment time; $75 fee for cancellations within 24 hrs or same-day, from appointment time. Rescheduling within 72 hrs from original appointment is Free; if you require rescheduling within 48-24 hrs from the appointment time, there will be a $25 fee. Due to the high volume of properties selling before the property is photographed, there will be 3% deduction from all refunds to cover credit cards fees.
